 At RINKA, we believe that instilling confidence in children is the key to helping them develop a positive lifelong relationship with health and fitness.

Our teaching approach is nurturing, encouraging and welcoming and we simply focus on helping each child become the best version of themselves that they can.

RINKA camps are non-competitive and introduce kids to a range of different ways to get active. Not every child loves sport and that’s ok with us!

We place a great emphasis on educating children about ways they can improve their well-being and our aim is to teach them to take health and fitness into their own hands.
