‘ I adore all things fitness and wellness! Once I came across RINKA in 2019, I knew in an instant that it was for me. Coming from Business and Hospitality Studies and a busy industry I was always aware of the importance of taking time out for myself be it through fitness or through self-care practice. RINKA offers both so I am forever grateful to have come across it when I did and be able to teach the younger generation how to take good care of themselves.

I love being a mom to my amusing toddler, reading mindset and personal development books, baking and experimenting with new recipes and practicing yoga.

My favourite thing about teaching RINKA is seeing children build up confidence in their fitness levels as well as within their social interactions. I love all the fun we have while learning new skills, the way kids cheer each other on and help one another when in need. Lastly, I love our little meaningful chats, that could be anything!
