RINKA Instructors deliver our kids’ fitness classes, camps, school programmes and parties, creating fun, welcoming environments where every child feels encouraged to take part.
What you’ll do
As a RINKA Instructor, you’ll:
- Deliver RINKA classes to children in your local area
- Teach our structured RINKA curriculum and programmes
- Run camps, school sessions and birthday parties
- Help children develop movement skills, confidence and physical literacy
- Create a positive environment where children feel welcome and included
- Build great relationships with children, parents, schools and venues
- Represent RINKA and our values in your community
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room or a professional athlete. You do need to genuinely enjoy working with children.
We’re looking for people who are:
- Warm, enthusiastic and dependable
- Confident leading groups of children
- Comfortable being active and demonstrating activities
- Patient, encouraging and able to make children feel at ease
- Organised and professional
- Willing to learn and become part of the wider RINKA team
Experience in childcare, teaching, coaching, fitness or sport is an advantage, but the right personality and attitude matter enormously to us.
More than a fitness job
Yes, you’ll teach children how to move.
But you’ll also be the instructor who knows their name, notices their progress, encourages them when something feels difficult and makes them excited to come back next week.

Meet Lauren
Lauren joined RINKA as an Assistant Instructor in 2018. Over the years, she progressed through the team, developing her skills, taking on more responsibility and becoming an integral part of RINKA.
In 2026, Lauren was promoted to Territory Lead Manager for the Midlands, leading her own team and helping to grow RINKA across the region.
