What Makes RINKA Summer Camps Different?

If you’re searching for summer camps, you’ll quickly notice there are lots to choose from.

Some are brilliant for childcare.

Others are fantastic for sports.

While some focus on arts or outdoor adventure.

At RINKA, we’ve never tried to be the biggest.

We’ve simply tried to create the camp that many children actually need.

We Keep Our Numbers Smaller

For some children, walking into a hall filled with over 100 children is exciting.

But for others, it’s overwhelming.

That’s why we deliberately keep our camp numbers smaller.

It allows our instructors to learn names quickly, notice quieter children, build relationships and create an environment where everyone feels included.

We Focus on Every Child

Our camps aren’t designed just for sporty children.

In fact, many of the children who thrive most at RINKA are those who don’t see themselves as naturally athletic.

Nobody is picked last.

Nobody sits on the sidelines because they aren’t the fastest.

Our activities are designed so every child can experience success.

Strong Heart. Strong Body. Strong Mind.

Everything we do fits into our three pillars.

Strong Heart means developing cardiovascular fitness through fun games and movement.

Strong Body means building strength, coordination and physical confidence.

Strong Mind means helping children believe in themselves, develop resilience and understand the importance of kindness and healthy habits.

We Build Confidence Without Competition

Children already experience enough comparison in life.

At RINKA we believe movement should be something children enjoy for life, not something they’re judged on.

That means plenty of encouragement.

Lots of teamwork.

And celebrating effort just as much as achievement.

We Know Children

We’ve been helping children enjoy exercise for many years, and our entire approach has been built around child development rather than competitive sport.

Our instructors understand that every child arrives with different personalities, different confidence levels and different experiences.

That’s why we adapt our approach to suit the child, not the other way around.

More Than Just A Week Of Fun

Of course your child will come home talking about the games.

They’ll remember the obstacle courses.

The relays.

The laughter.

The friendships.

But we also hope they’ll leave believing they can try new things, make new friends and feel good about themselves.

Because if we can help children enjoy movement while building confidence at the same time, then we’ve achieved exactly what RINKA was created to do.

We can’t wait to welcome your family to RINKA Summer Camps this year.
