I am a qualified fitness instructor and also hold a Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood education and Child Development and I’m also an SNA. I love fitness and strongly believe that children need to discover the benefits and fun of keeping active at an early age. In my spare time i enjoy cooking , running , music and reading. I have run marathons and done numerous parachute jumps.

Favourite thing about teaching RINKA: I love seeing the kids taking part and having fun. It is so rewarding when you see them improving their skills and building confidence. My favourite sound is that of the children’s laughter in the classes.
