I am a qualified Personal Trainer with a Degree in PE/Sports Science and Business but my biggest achievement to date is being a Mom to three wonderful kids aged 4, 2 and 1. I love running and going to the gym. Keeping fit has always been a huge passion of mine and more recently I love cooking healthy nutritious food. My favourite cook books are Davey Nutrition and The Happy Pear.
Favourite thing about teaching RINKA: Watching kids grow in confidence throughout a term. Whether it is gaining a new skill, overcoming shyness or being able to take the lead in a game. There is no greater feeling knowing that you helped them to become confident little people because that is a trait that they will take through life, through all their greatest achievements.
