RINKA birthday parties are guaranteed to both entertain, and exhaust, all party goers!!
RINKA offer a very different experience for a child’s birthday celebration. As with our classes and camps, our aim is quality. The max we take for a RINKA session is 20 to ensure your child and their pals get the most from their time with us. We offer a unique instructor-led, personal experience. The children will be supervised by our instructor and our party curriculum will ensure the children are having fun, kept together and engaged throughout.
RINKA Parties are currently available in the following counties:
Donegal, Sligo, Mayo, Cavan, Roscommon, Offaly, Cork

How it works:
🎉 How a RINKA Party Works 🎉
Hosting a RINKA Party couldn’t be easier! All you need is:
✅ A venue (your local hall or community centre is perfect!)
✅ A cake 🎂
…and we’ll take care of everything else.
(We don’t host parties in private homes – we need plenty of space for all the fun!)
✨ While we’re running the activities, the party room is a grown-up free zone – kids love having it all to themselves! Parents can use this time to set up the party table in another room or even sneak off for a quick coffee. Guests simply drop off their children and collect them afterwards.
🍭 To keep little tummies safe (and avoid any mid-party sugar dives!), the party table is kept closed during the activity time and all food must be out of reach (and eyesight!)
👧👦 We cater for up to 20 children (ages 4+)
⏰ The RINKA fun lasts 90 minutes, followed by 30 minutes for cake and treats once the instructor leaves. We recommend booking your hall for 2 hours total so you’ve plenty of time.

Pricing and booking
Our pricing is very reasonable !
A party costs:
€140 for up to 15 children
€180 for 16-20 children
(If you are booking for 16-20 children please let us know on booking as we need to schedule two instructors)
*this is excluding venue hire
🚗 Travel Note: If your party is outside our usual teaching areas, a small mileage fee may apply – but don’t worry, we’ll always confirm this with you before you book.

Participant guidelines - is the class suitable for my child?
We like to share the below guidelines with all parents when deciding if a RINKA class / camp is suitable for their child.
- Has your child completed a term in preschool?
- Is your child fully toilet trained?
- Is your child comfortable with taking instruction and following guidelines?
- Are they happy to attend class / camp without a parent?
- Are they happy to mix with children and leaders they don’t know?
- Do they attend preschool / school without any additional one to one supports?
If you have answered yes to all the above, we are sure your child would be happy and comfortable in the RINKA environment!
For the safety of our instructors and the other participants we cannot accept any behaviours that are negative to a group setting:
- Displays of defiant behaviour
- Kicking, spitting, biting etc
- Running away or trying to leave
- Not engaging with the group or taking directions from the instructors
Parents will be contacted if any of the above behaviours are displayed
My child has additional needs. Is the class suitable for them?

Do parents stay in the party?
Parents of the party child stay for the duration of the party and spend the time prepping the party table. We keep the teaching area parent-free.
All other parents simmply drop and collect
What do they wear to a RINKA party?
Please ensure that children wear runners and that long hair is tied back.
My child is 2 years old - can they attend the party?
Unfortunately, we don’t take children until they are four years old for parties.
What If I have more than 20 attendees?
We completely understand wanting to include as many friends as possible to celebrate such a special day. However, we’ve found that keeping our party sizes to 20 children or fewer is key to what makes a RINKA party so unique and enjoyable.
