GO foods are the healthiest, like fruit, vegetables, wholegrains (bread, pasta, rice) & lean meats like chicken. These foods are good to eat almost anytime. 🍏πŸ₯¦ πŸ₯— πŸ“
SLOW foods are OK to eat sometimes, like pancakes, white bread, white pasta and rice, ham, ketchup etc They aren’t off limits but they shouldn’t be eaten every day. πŸ₯ž 🍞 πŸ₯“πŸš
WHOA! foods should make you stop and think – Should I eat that? These foods are the least healthy. “Whoa!” foods are once-in-a-while foods, like sweets, chocolate, crisps, doughnuts, fizzy drinks, sugary cereals, fried chips, takeaways πŸŸπŸ•πŸ­πŸ₯€
