In class we have chatted about Healthy Eating
GO foods are the healthiest, like fruit, vegetables, wholegrains (bread, pasta, rice) & lean meats like chicken. These foods are good to eat almost anytime.
SLOW foods are OK to eat sometimes, like pancakes, white bread, white pasta and rice, ham, ketchup etc They aren’t off limits but they shouldn’t be eaten every day.
WHOA! foods should make you stop and think – Should I eat that? These foods are the least healthy. “Whoa!” foods are once-in-a-while foods, like sweets, chocolate, crisps, doughnuts, fizzy drinks, sugary cereals, fried chips, takeaways
