FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT JOINING RINKA AS AN INSTRUCTOR
Do I need experience working with children?
Experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, fitness, sport or dance is helpful, but it isn’t the only thing we look for. Your personality, reliability, willingness to learn and ability to connect with children are just as important. Training and support are provided depending on the pathway you choose.
What is the difference between working for RINKA or becoming a franchisee?
As a RINKA employee, you work as part of our team delivering RINKA programmes without the responsibility of running the business.
As a RINKA franchisee, you operate your own RINKA business, building classes and opportunities in your area with the RINKA brand, programmes, training and support behind you.
I’m not sure which option is right for me. What should I do?
Start by exploring both opportunities. If you want to focus on teaching children without running a business, working for RINKA is likely to be the better fit. If you’re looking to build something of your own and are excited by the business side as well as teaching, explore our franchise opportunity.
