My background is in Sports Science and Special Needs.
I’ve been involved in and run numerous camps and classes here in Ireland and abroad in Glasgow and America.
I currently work as an SNA. When I got the opportunity to work for Rinka I could not turn it down.
I love the Rinka model and I’m delighted to implement it.
The future is very exciting.
My favourite part of being a Rinka instructor is that it is a non competive, confidence building fitness class.
The lesson planned classes are such a great way for children to be active, learn new skills and meet and befriend new people.
I love Rinkas positive message, one that I will carry throughout our journey…
