At RINKA we offer children a place where they know they matter, they are capable and they can have fun. We provide them with a guaranteed warm welcome, a genuine smile and aim to foster in them a love of an active, creative lifestyle. Sarah’s has made it her mission to teach children that fitness is fun and that anyone can do it – regardless of their ability!

At age 4, I put on my first pair of dancing shoes discovering my love of dancing. Read on to follow my story to 2015 >>>

I performed in Dancing at Lughnasa on Broadway. which fuelled my love for performance.

After finishing school I decided to move to Dallas, Texas, where I’ve trained competitive dancing for a year.Here you can create the content that will be used within the module.

Returning home, I took on the very first Irish franchise of the Helen O’Grady Drama Academy and then built a career teaching approx 500 pupils a week.

2009

After making the tough decision to leave the academy, I decided to compete in dancing making into World Championships three times in a row. I also started my training as a personal trainer and as a Sports Therapist.

2010

My life took a drastic turn after being involved in a severe car accident, rendering my right arm powerless. After undergoing eight surgeries, I began a degree in Business Management in NUI, thus beginning a new chapter in my life.

This year also saw the beginning of DramaFit, which was a runner up in the NUIM Entrepreneur Competition in 2012.

2013

I graduated with a 1:1 degree and began working as Assistant Manager in a successful gym franchise in Dublin. I was also back to full health and was tying my love of health and fitness with my new business degree.

I missed the thrill of teaching children, and recovering from the accident, it made me realise more than ever the importance of heathand fitness. I promised to devote my life to instilling my love of fitness on the children by starting up DramaFit and Bounce, which went on to become a huge success.

The first four instructors of Bounce were trainedand the first two instructors of DramaFit were included. By the end of this year, over 1000 kids were taught our positive, fun and energetic programmes every week.

 

 

Dragons Den Ireland

Rinka goes nationwide with instructors outside Donegal. Rinka also appeared on Dragon’s Den.

This year we are now active in 8 counties across Ireland and Northern Ireland with the first Australian instructor starting in April.
